You will need to determine if is a spark problem or a fuel problem then take it from there.
on the front of the motor under the front crank it has a plug going to the crank.
It is located on the block, passenger side near the firewall. It's right above the oil filter.
The crank position sensor is located on the bottom left hand side of the engine (when seated in the driver's seat). It is secured in place by two (2) 10mm screws above and to the right of the crank shaft main pulley.
Look at the rear of the radiator approx. 1/3 down from the top
The starter is located under the motor on the drivers side...if you're looking at it from under the car (which is where you'll need to be) it will be to the right and back of the catalytic converter. There are two silver pipes that run right by it...
it's on right side if the motor, just under the exhaust pipe. 10mm head bolt it sit on the tip of motor.

the crank sensor is located in the transmission bellhousing on the lower passenger side where the trans bolts to the engine almost right above the right axle shaft. one 10 mm bolt holds the sensor in place, this is on the 3.5 liter engine,
I had the same problem with my t&c, if you have the digital dash look and see if the odometer lights up when cranking. if not i swift pound on the dash right above the gauges usually works. (I found that on another help site and it worked for me)
The Chrysler Town and Country speedometer sending unit is located on the back of the transmission. The sending unit will be in the upper right-hand corner of the transmission.

I would say that there is a miswiring of the blinkers.
Pull the air filter out and it is right below it on the frame.
Open the glove box and it is located right behind it. two bolts and it comes right out.
