Why is it that every set of brakes that have been purchased wont fit into the front caliper on a 1993 MGM?

Remove the brake pads and rotors, take them to the auto parts store and buy the replacment parts with the NEW parts right in front of you. That way you'll get the right part. Sometimes the manufacturer will put larger brakes on a vehicle with certain options. If your auto parts store doesn't know about it they might not be able give you the right parts.
