Why is that my 1986 corvette when you are in gear and moving the gas peddle is hard to push when not in gear at idle not hard to push at all.?

It could be the wire is disconnected that's attached to your break peddle...My 1994 merc sable wouldn't go into gear from park and there were two wire connected to my brake peddle and one was disconnected. when i connected it again, the vehicle went into gear. Hope this helps

Yes the current T-rex16s is stick shift. It has 6 speed sequential transimission. To move to the next gear you just move the gear one back. There is a foot peddle clutch next to the accelerator and the brake. Driving a T-Rex is the same as drving a manual car exept the gear box is just moving the gear forward and backwards. The reverse gear is a button on top of the shifter that you hold down on the reverse.
