My best guess would be it's the luck of the genetic draw. Every breed has its
genetic spinoff's. That doesn't mean to say that there's something necessarily wrong with your pet. If you really feel concerned about it, ask your vet.
Will they stay blue? That's hard to say, but I'd venture a guess and say it's a definite maybe. I'm sure you've seen dogs with only one eye of a different color, so why not both. Question is, do you find it attractive? It's definitely a conversation starter. Depending on the shade of blue, they could get lighter or darker as the pet ages, but I'd bet they're pretty. ALSO If it has blue eyes, it's most likely that it's not a purebred Golden. Are you aware of it's complete genetic history? There may have been a blue eyed Husky in there somewhere. One thing's for sure, Goldens aren't "meant" to have blue eyes, it's not the breed standard. You wouldn't be able to show your dog in any official shows, but that's not really what matters. All that matters is that you love your dog!
The dog most likely has conjunctivitis or some other eye infection. It is very important that you take the dog to the vet right away. It is also possible that the dog has Allergies, in which case some allergy medication will usually help, altho you may have to try several kinds or several doses before you find what helps. But it is imperative that you see the vet right away, to rule out an infection and to determine the proper medicine/dosage that is needed, regardless of the problem.
They are golden because lord Tweedmouth there Creator bred a number of other breads together to create golden retrievers. He selected the breads to give the dogs certain characteristics. When the dogs where born he selected the ones with the right characteristics. Even though he didn't make them golden on purpose that was one of the features of the dogs he choose that had the right characteristics.
It could have had an allergic reaction or got bit by something like a spider...take it to the vet.
Golden Retrievers will sometimes get gray spots on their tongue, but not blue. Also, it will not be a solid gray color, only spotting. Spaniels tongues should be pink.
The duration of Blue Puppy is 1140.0 seconds.
There is more than one "big dog" in different Blue Buffalo commercials: two Labrador Retrievers in one ad, a Golden Retriever, and a brown Pointer changing into a wolf.
Blue Puppy was created on 1976-11-28.
Some dogs do have blue eyes, mostly because of genetics and in that case it will stay blue.
i would pay around 500 to 1000$ for a puppy like that!!! call me crazy but i love mastiffs!!!!
Orijen puppy
Blue's friend, the pink dog, is named Magenta.
== == A Bluemation? A Dalheeler? Blue Heelers were crossed with Dalmatians in the late 19th century to improve their relationship with horses (horses, like people, do not like getting their heels nipped). This is why heelers are born-white, and why some of them are rather spotty. See the related link. So a blue heeler-dalmatian cross would be a slightly more dalmatiany-heeler. But what about a red heeler dalmatian cross? a redalmatian?
it is blue
Pink paw prints are associated with the cartoon character of the Pink Panther.A blue puppy paw print is the symbol of Blue, from Blue's Clues.
Her hair was as golden as. . . the bright morning sun unblocked by a single cloud with only blue sky and the bright sunshine above. golden as her lovely locks, her skin, and as golden as gold could be! golden as a golden retriever. golden as gold fresh from the river, washed off and clean. golden as a gold necklace brand new from the jewelry store. golden as hay shining in the morning light.
