This can be caused just before your periods, a hormonal change, trapped gas, exercising too stressfully. Also being constipated can make you feel this way believe it or not. I can't stress enough how much value there is in bottled water. You should be drinking at least 8 glasses a day. I was never a water drinker in the past, but once I got use to it (put ice in it and a straw and carried it around like a soother for a baby) I found the only thing that would get rid of my thirst was water. So please, break out the water, get on a good diet of leafy greens (spinach leaves, etc., in salads, etc.) wheat, and get those bowels working. Without sufficient water our bowels are not lubricated and we can have "dry bowel movements." It never hurts to go to your doctor and have a good check-up to be sure everything is A-OK down there if you are a woman. I'm sure it's one of the above, but we aren't doctors on this board, so when it doubt, go see your doctor. Good luck Marcy

Some health benefits to a flatter stomach are a lower chance of cutting of your circulation when wearing a tight pair of pants. You will also have a lower chance of diabetes if your weight in general is low.
She won't be swollen anymore...Her belly should also be very tight while she is pregnant, if it is not as tight anymore she probably had them. ____________________________ if recently, check for blood on your cat's buttox. if so, its a good chance, or its a problem with feceas. (poop) metalumbreon
You could be pregnant, but those symptoms on their own would not indicate pregnancy, but having sex on a fertile day means there is a good chance you could be. Get a pregnancy test done to be sure.

You tend to carry your second pregnancy lower because your abdominal muscles get stretched so much by the first pregnancy that they're weaker. As a result, they can't support a baby as well as they did before, so the fetus drops lower in your abdomen. Also your uterus has "played the game before" it has already stretched to full capacity and once something has been stretched, it is easier to re stretch it. Nothing is as "tight" as it was before so this will cause you to show earlier.
yes you could possibly be young one take 2 pregnancy tests and find out
You should never want to get your ankle swollen; the effects are not good on your body. An ankle is usually swollen as a result from spraining it, often by stepping on someone's foot after jumping, twisting it, having someone fall on it, etc.
You may be allergic to the fabric or a brand of detergent you might have used. The socks might just be too tight and stopped your blood from circulating correctly.
