Will doing squats help you lose all of the fat on your butt?

No. It will only make the muscle under that fat bigger. A good diet combined with a high cardio workout is the only way to lose fat. i think it helps a lot with the top area of your butt if you are looking to raise and firm you'll have to do some raises and some lunges for your glutes

The butt is a huge muscle, so you build it with the weightlifting. After working out, make sure you eat enough protein, or you will just lose weight. Aerobic activities are great for your health, but if you are thin like I am, they can burn too many calories and make you skinnier. If you do squats, make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing (REALLY knows, not some 14 year old wanna be weightlifter) spotting you- you do not want to push your knees over your feet or harm your knees.
