I used to do that routine for Golf that you are talking about, and no, you won't burn out, but every couple weeks take a day off. It helped to relax my muscles and helped me rejuvenate myself for the next couple more weeks. Taking a day off like that will help you not burn out.

Wouldn't recommmend it. In order to loose 1 pound, you have to burn off 3500 calories. You would really loose any weight from just running for 4 hours. You have to diet and exerciseregularily.

Does calories and treadmill cancel each other?

no, calories and a treadmill do not cancel each other. Calories are burned by excercising. If you eat more calories than you burn, you will most likely lose weight. If you eat more than you burn, you will gain weight. They dont cancel each other, but a treadmill can be an effective way to burn calories and in essence "cancel" the calories

Do weight loss exercise programs work?

usually yes. You have to be committed though, you cannot expect to work out and lose the weight you also have to watch your eating habbits. Any trainer will tell you that at a gym. With the right excersise you should be fine! With working out i wouldn't recommend just doing cardio (tredmill, running, and bike) because usually with weight loss your losing muscle tissue which causes most people to have loose skin. You have to also build muscle in order to lose weight. With the right amount of muscle you can burn calories without even doing anything. You can go to a gym and they will give you more info

If you burn or reduce your calorie intake by 600 cals a day how much weight will you loose in a week?

to answer your question, it depends from person to person but on average every 3500 calorie deficit you will lose a kg of weight. So 600 x 7 = 4200 calories, this means you will burn around 1.2kgs per week to answer your question.

How many fewer calories do you need to lose a pound?

3500 calories are in one pound of fat. To lose the weight you have to burn 3500 more calories than you eat. Fact: every time you laugh you burn 3.5 calories...laugh 1,000 times every day to burn 3500 calories.

Will my body stop loosing weight when I loose enough weight?

The simple answer to your question: Nope. The complete answer to your question however, is complicated: You burn a certain number of calories per day depending on a number of factors. To maintain your current weight, you would want to take in the same amount of calories per day as you burn. If you steadily take in fewer calories than you burn every day, you'll continue to lose weight. That's just the math of it. Now, as you lose weight, you also burn fewer calories "living" (non-exercise-activity-thermogenesis) ... every pound of muscle and every pound of fat has a daily calorie cost to keep alive. As you lose these, your body costs less calories to keep running. So if you go on a SET diet and lose weight, it's possible your weight loss will slow and eventually stop as your calorie burn catches up with your intake. Make sense? In summary, if your body is burning more calories than you're consuming, you WILL lose weight. But these values shift and change based on lots of factors. Your best bet is to reduce your calorie intake below your burn rate, engage in some form of physical exercise to keep your body functioning properly and prevent muscle loss, and adjust your calorie intake to match your daily burn when you reach your ideal fitness level.
