If the USA united with Britain? In what context? Despite fighting against each other when the American colonies wanted independence (how dare they?) - we've made up since then - we are now long time friends. Britain and her Allies, and Europe, needed the strength, the mighty industrial capacity and manpower of America in both the First and second World Wars (in Europe and in Asia) - in the name of freedom and democracy. The USA and Britain will never look weak if united (though we British do poke fun at America and the American way of life - but it is only in fun!).
Britain concentrated on its war against France. After Britain defeated France in 1814, British leaders turned their attention to the United States. When the war began, the United States military was weak. The navy had only about 16 ships.
no because we do stuff for them and they do stuff for us.

Yes. Britain actually gets a surprising high number of tornadoes, but almost all are weak.
Because they arent in the british empire they could use it as propoganda to show that Britain was weak because it didnt have a king
The inadequacies of the Articles of Confederation had left the United States with a weak army. As a result, the European powers were able to take advantage. Spain closed the port at New Orleans, and Britain refused to remove its presence from the Ohio Valley.
