I'd be suspicious of the starter. I don't THINK an intrepid has a separate starter solenoid, if it does, that could be it too.
Inside the trunk there is a turnable thumb screws where the brake lights are. Twist screws off and the brake light pops out.
Might be a bad flasher
One of the door ajar switches is showing an open door. The switches are part of the latches inside the door.
There is a faulty fuse that goes to the interior lights. There could also be a short in the wiring that leads to the lights.
If you live in the United States, your Intrepid will not have running lights. If your car is from Canada however, it will. Either way, the Daytime Running Light module is in the relay box under the hood, on the right hand side
One or more fuses have blown.

check and clean the battery terminals
press your ebrake one or two clicks and leave it on
If the brake lights stay on when the car is not running on most vehicles, including the 1994 Dodge Intrepid, there is probably a short somewhere in the wiring to the brake lights. The first place to investigate this problem would be the wires along the firewall that control the brake lights. Also, check the brake light switch above the brake pedal.
nothing it could just be the tail lights coming on.
Those lights stay on when there is a malfunction in the ABS or traction control system. You need to have the system checked for codes with a scan tool.
