Your 1995 eagle talon esi 2.0L has spark and fuel through the rail but won't start The engine cranks and gives one or two kicks but won't start also you already checked the injectors with noid lights?

check you fuel pressure if it is to low the car will try to start but will not.this happend to a friend of mine and it was the fuel pump,replaced it car has been running fine.hope this helps you:)

I am not a mechanic but it sounds like it is with your fuel injectors. They are either real dirty, clogged, not working at all or your ECU is not sending the injectors a signal to open. Good luck
