1. Check all of the plug wires, on both ends, for good fit connection and especially the igniter wire. 2. If the truck has more than 50k miles on it's last tune up, consider doing a new tune up on it. Platinum plugs work great. Wires, plugs, distributor cap, rotar button. Note - Spray silicone inside dist. cap and on both ends of the new plug wires. This help protect against drown out if water is splashed on these areas. 3. Check to make sure the distributor cap is seated properly. 4. Check for correct timing setting. 5. If fuel filter hasn't been changed in over 24K miles, changes fuel filter(s)and and then run a bottle of fuel system cleaner to a tank of fuel. This helps in cleaning the injectors / TBI.

The fog light bulb on a 2004 Chevy cavalier LS sport should come on when the lights are activated. If it doesn't, first check the fuse for the fog lights, then the bulb, and then the switch. One of these things is likely to be the cause of a light not working.
The most common cause of that is a bad EGR Valve.

yes, also no fuel pump and maybe a blown fuse.
Your engine likely has a diaphragm-type mechanical fuel pump. There may be a small crack in the diaphragm that is letting some air into the fuel line. You should replace the fuel pump before it leaves you stranded along the road.
Owners of Chevy Silverado's choose to lower their trucks for aesthetic reasons. There are no real performance advantages to a lowered truck, and in fact, if a truck is lowered too much, it can cause problems when driving over uneven terrain.
Nothing last forever. Replace water pump it's worn out.
