Also, you will to avoid sugary foods (sodas, cakes, cookies, candy) and foods high in saturated fats (full fat dairy, fatty meats, donuts, etc). Avoid highly processed foods filled with chemicals and preservatives. Study nutrition and get to know yourself. Be patient. Weight loss that comes all at once from a "crash diet" is more likely to return than weight lost in small increments over an extended period of time. View this "diet" as a permanent lifestyle change, not as a short-term fix to a weight problem.
