It will make you able to lift heavier things and you will gradually be able to lift a lot heavier things. If you over work them the will become stiff for a while and they will also hurt for a while. So try to take a break for a couple days every once in a while if you repetitive. then goo back. Do not do it a lot in one time do it for about 30- 45 minutes each time.
