what was learned during the war? how to build rockets and use them for bombs and planes
In England during World War I and World War II, children were evacuated to the country. They were moved out of the cities for their safety.
Yes, multi-story buildings existed during World War II and were used for various purposes, including housing, military operations, and storage. Many cities had high-rise structures that were either damaged or repurposed during the war. In some cases, these buildings served as strategic military points or shelters for civilians during bombings. The war also influenced architectural designs and urban planning in post-war reconstruction efforts.

Paris wasn't bombed but apart from that I don't think that there were any European cities that weren't bombed during World War II. Some were completely obliterated.

Paris
Germany never bombed any Japanese cities during World War 2. They were allied to each other during that war.
Paris received very little damage even at the end of the war when the Parisians repelled the German Nazis. Cities in Sweden were not damaged nor were the cities in Spain, Switzerland, Portugal and Ireland. Athens received some damage but thankfully the Greek ancient buildings remained in pretty much the same state they were in prior to the war. I believe the Vatican City did not get damaged either.
