What is the average death age for an alcoholic?
It depends on what age you are..and how much do you drink. For example my uncle was an alcoholic and he was 38 years old..He used to drink when he was in 20s but not as much as when he was 30s..he drank so much we tried to stop him, but for some reason he was very depressed..and after 4 years he died..We saw him drink and sometimes we didn't because he would hide it or go somewhere where nobody could see him.. =( anyway so he stayed for 10 years when he was 20 and for 4 years when he drank ALOT.
How long does alcohol stay in the body?
Factors which affect blood alcohol concentration (BAC) are the metabolism of the person, their general health, how much they have had to eat and how much they have had to drink, amongst others.
The rate at which alcohol is metabolized is the same for virtually everyone regardless of their height, weight, sex, race or other such characteristics. Alcohol is metabolized at the rate of about .015 of BAC every hour. Thus, for example, a person with a very high BAC of .15 will have no measurable alcohol in the bloodstream after ten hours (.15 divided by .015 = 10).

Does running kill brain cells?
Swimming shouldn't kill brain cells. Holding breath actually improves your lung capacity. Swimmers can have up to 3 times better lung capacity than non swimmers. Usually you will pass out from lack of oxygen before you will lose any brain cells.
There are a lot of benefits from swimming. The extra oxygen entering the system will improve skin health. The effects of swimming as an exercise actually creates more neurons. These neurons are creating more connections with your muscles. Many people who exercise tend to be smarter. Mainly due to the fact that exercise encourages growth of the brain, but it also slows down the break down as people age.
People who exercise also have less depression and anxiety. Due to the chemicals the brain is producing. It makes people feel better about them selves. Many people use this an exercise to help ward of symptoms of mental disorders.
Overall swimming is an excellent exercise. The benefits should outweigh any doubt of losing cells as the brain is creating more neuron pathways as you do exercise.

The blessings, along with the consumption of bread and wine, are part of the liturgy. Why? A common explanation is that nobody should leave the divine service with an empty stomach.
