It is an adaptation to a cold climate, protecting the eyes from cold temperatures, wind and areas of high light reflection such as deserts. Probably came about in the upper Paleolithic.

What is best for inflammatory arthritis?
The answer for this greatly depends on the level of pain as well as the source of the pain. If the pain is severe, you may take tramadol for immediate relief.
Answer
Everyone is different and medication that works well for one person may not work well for another. You can try over-the-counter pain medications such as ibuprofen, tylenol, etc. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and many times not only aids in the relief of pain but gets to the source of the pain (inflammation) and reduces it thereby relieving the pain AND the cause. If over-the-counter medications do not work then you should definitely see a doctor.

Can you get arthritis at the age 2?
to the best of my knowledge, arthritis is a symptom of a disease process. curing the disease, normally eliminates the arthritis. some diseases are known to cause arthritis, and some are not yet known. detecting the causative disease is an ongoing science, and is extremely difficult. if no disease is acquired, there is no arthritis; if an arthritis causing disease is acquired, arthritis can develop. "arthritis" is a much debated subject, so this opinion is not "exact science".
It is at this point not yet understood what precisely causes most forms of arthritis. However. Treatments are being developed that help control the pain damage and deformity involved with these diseases.
I don't believe there are many specialists for this. I work as a soft tissue treatment adviser and this is my take on it. Because your joints are inflamed, your blood flow has been constricted. You want to focus on a form of treatment that will promote circulation to the area (ie. massage therapy, ultrasound, BFST, acupuncture, etc.). The increased blood flow will help lubricate the joints, giving you a wider range of motion and less stiffness. I personally recommend the BFST as you can do this in the comfort of your own home, as many times as you'd like. Based on my experience, some arthritic sufferers prefer cold, some prefer heat. Cold is always important to reduce the inflammation, but after a time of cold, you want to start increasing the circulation again. There are so many benefits of increase blood flow.
Why do your wrists and ankles click?
It can be simply a tendon or ligament that is very slightly off position and clicks back into position as it puts itself back into place with movement. It can also be a sign of tendinitis if there is repetitive motion of those joints or other chronic stresses that could cause the tendon to become inflamed (like in "tennis elbow") . This can also occur if you have arthritis in those joints since there is often too little synovial fluid and perhaps too much wear on the joint cartilage (or even down to the bone) from the disease process that rubs and clicks when moved. If there is pain associated or weakness, numbness or other concerning symptoms, you should get an exam from a health care professional.
What is a natural cure for gout?
There is none that stands out. Gout had been with us for all of human history and it is not until recently that we have been able to relieve ( but necessarily stop) the pain involved. This is done with anti inflammatory and analgesics (pain killers) and with these come the side effects that may at times be a concern. However pain in itself can be a thing that leaves effects that harm the body and spirit, so it is all a mater of balancing it all out.
What are the ways to cure arthritis?
Chronic pain in the knee and hip is caused by osteoarthritis, or degeneration of the joints. This is primarily caused by advancing age as the cartilage tissue, which protects the joints, gets weaker. This wear and tear with age lead to osteoarthritis, one of the most common forms of arthritis across the world.
Other reasons for osteoarthritis include injury to the joints, obesity, and heredity — wherein a person has inherited a defective cartilage gene. Symptoms of osteoarthritis include chronic pain in joints; loss of range of motion in the joints; reduced flexibility leading to pain while performing daily activities; joint swelling and tenderness and stiffness in joints leading to limping, especially in the morning.
Doctors take a step-by-step treatment plan to tackle osteoarthritis, through pain medications, physiotherapy, and steroidal treatment. But if non-surgical treatments fail, then a joint replacement, whether hip or knee, is the next step.
Ranka Hospital, Pune provides treatment for osteoarthritis.
Your arm doesnt fall asleep that's just a silly way to say it, your arm needs blood to move. just like a few days ago my arm fell asleep cause i slept on it ( 7-5 hours straight) when i woke up my arm felt dead i tried moving my fingers but nothing, i tried moving my arm but i can just carry it along with me, my shoulder holding it up. it eventually "woke up" or i finally could move my fingers but not so easily then after atleast 1- 3 minutes my arm returned to normal. maybe you should try this, sleep on your arm when you wake up your arm should be asleep, if not then you move too much in your sleep, try another option, lay on your arm for atleast 10-20 minutes. if your patient. and get up your arm shouldn't be moving when you try to but yeah answering your question [ cause there isn't no blood circulation into it ] .
