(3) Instructions in the use and location of fire alarms, extinguishers, and any other fire fighting equipment on board.
(d) Each fire drill must, as far as practicable, be conducted as if there were an actual emergency.
(e) Fire fighting drills and training shall be logged or otherwise documented for review by the Coast Guard upon request. The drill entry shall include the following information:
(1) Date of the drill and training; and

YES- Only a couple of months from now. Maybe less. Think Summer 2013. I know this because it's going up on the corner of my subdivision on Rt3 about a mile or so west of Lake of the Woods. They just put up all the curbing, and the parking lot just got paved with the asphalt base coat. I don't think it's going to be a supercenter, but I could be wrong. We'll see.

I own an Eden Pure heater. My youngest daughter sleeps in my basement. The heating system we had downstairs was horrible so we bought one of these heaters. It kicks out so much heat that we have not turned on the heat upstairs. I have not seen a difference in my electric bill but I am very happy with the way it works.

You apply privacy laws when producing documents for several reasons.
The first one happens simply because normal people do not want to be distracted when preparing documents. They want their documents well prepared and well written. I had to rewrite your question to put it into correct English. I can not write when I am distracted.
Second, people do not want other people to know what kind of documents they are preparing. Other people can not get involved and demand to be included in decisions.
Third, if you are preparing an affidavit, a lawsuit, or a will, and do not want some people to know about it until the appropriate time, you do not want word to leak out ahead of time. If your other documents are prepared in private, these will be as well.
It depends on how you see it mam/sir. If you think that having free life time check up, free certified bfad approved products, free 10k insurance, free ATM all for the price of 770 is a scam then be it that way.I certainly see no harm in using such as small amount of money for that much privileges. Personally though mam/sir i have to tell you that the products have done wonders for many of our client by improving their health and our iridologists see to it that all follow up check ups are free.
