Marketing shapes consumers desires/wants, but needs are always there. Marketing can influence the brand a person buys, but if one needs facial tissues, they'll get Puffs or Kleenex depending upon the marketing that has reached them, price and experience. Yes, I worked there for a month and it was the worst experience of my life... the compnay is a rip-off... you work 13 hours a day walking around a K-Mart, Door to Door or in a Home Depot Soliciting and harrassing people all day.... uyour work 65 hours a week and end up going home with a $200 check or maybe nothing at all cause the trick is to get people to sign up if people dont sign up den you dont get paid so you work 65 houirs a week and probably wont get paid for it.... and even if you get people to sign up the most you'll get is 200 bucks!... they make you wolk in snow storms, rains and sunshine, It's not worth it i landed in a hospital for 2 weeks because of what i went through working under a snow storm.... they promise you that if you work hard for 6 months they would help you open your own office which everyone knows is BS! Here is the real deal. If you or your kid truly has what it takes to be a model, a reputable agency will sign you on for free, and take a percent of any jobs they actually get for you or your kid.

If you're just getting started in driving, I'd advise against going to such a company. What you learn about shifting in truck driving school does not make you proficient at shifting. If you start off with a company like US Xpress (which is a perfectly fine company to work for, don't get me wrong), then decide you want to work elsewhere, and that elsewhere doesn't use automatic transmissions, you're going to find yourself left wanting.

By the way, there is a difference between automatic and autoshift transmissions - autoshift transmissions are basically a manual gearbox, fitted with a synchroniser and computerised shifting system. They still use a clutch. They're also going the way of the dinosaur, with the advent of the Meritor, Eaton Smart Shift, etc. fully automatic transmissions.
