I'm beginning to believe it is a scam. They don't reply to emails and it is impossible to cancel a subscription I have found. I manually renewed a subscription last year, only to have them automatically renew it a month later. I had forgotten about the automatic renewal part "so that I don't miss an issue." Although I told them of the situation, I received neither a reply nor a refund of the second debit.
