It depends on if you are talking about the Percy Jackson book series. if you are then i think it was Nico di Angelo because he was the first person to talk to her. But if you aren't then i have no clue who her best friend was. I'm also not quite sure if gods and minor gods can have best friends. Oh well

It's possible she likes you, but more probable that you are, in reality, her best friend, since many girls like to hang out with guys because they "cause less drama"

Well I'm in 8th grade and when I like a girl I try to talk to her a lot. And most of the time my face gets all red or I get really nervous.

You cannot force or make someone do something they do not want or are comfortable doing. With that being said it is best to do so at their own pace, at their own comfort level if and when they trust you. Don't pressure or become overbearing with this nor pester them - let things be and if they are going to open up they will.

I think that it might be beacuase she has another friend that is influencing her. I have friends and when I IM them, they say ily, so i would then say it to others.... P.S. I'm a girl

First , you need to set it straight with every one and confirm it's definitely not true. Second, get your friend to talk to you . Ask here what her deal is messing with you and make him/her apologize for what they did . ( or give her a little space and just don't talk to her for a while)

Random Awkward:

Or Really Awkward especially if you're the same gender;

Talk to him or her. Say you're sorry even if you didn't do anything. Ask them to forgive you, and let them know you still want to be friends. Or say, "I hope we can still be friends."

But sometimes you always have to think that things happen for a reason, this could also be a growing experience for you. Also maybe you'll see that you guys weren't as close as you think and you can make new friends and move on. Don't stop for to long waiting for you guys to make up, because if you wait for a long time you've wasted your life waiting for that one person to make you happy when there's tons of other people out there that would have made you happier then you ever thought.

Well many girls/boys fancy boys/girls and always hesitate to ask them if they like them back? but here's how to do it your own way.

Step 1:Basics

First, Hang out with his mates (and him) and make yourself visible and noticeable and then just slowly start to talk to him and make new conversations. Always try to make him/her laugh as it makes them think your sophisticated.

Step 2: Looks

Look fresh and cool and make sure you don't pile too much make up on yourself. But always use a bit just to stand out. Now this is your own choice now.. what ever way your hair is and you like it e.g down but your parents or teachers want it up.

When you go to school being dropped of by your parents have it up then when they go have it down. And when your with a teacher, put it behind your back (less visible) so that will make you look prettier to the eye xx

Step 3: In for it!!

After Preppetive of step 1, and you sorta feel like you've grown closer ask one of your friends to randomly ask him who he loves

e.g (my names Amber.) Your Friend asking him for you: Do you fancy... Jessica? (his reply) do you fancy.. Amber? (his reply) then carry on for a bit. Then come back and tell your friend.

Then if he says a good reply go in for it!! If not carry on from step one all over again, but leave some time. Tell him you fancy him.... (though someone else) but if you can tell him through a game like truth or dare then say it! Set your fiends up to go along with it and to tell him tell his closest friend and it will get round to him eventually.

Step 4: DO IT!!

After you've repeated the circuit ask him out through his friend. That you're close to too. And then if he says yes. Dream come true!! if not repeate it over and over again!!! xxxx

There is no set person that is suppose to do anything. When/If you feel its right to say it you just say it. If someone does not say it back right away do not be sad or worried as they just may be shocked, shy, nervous and need time to think about it.

Ok well i fight with my best friend all the time , bestfriends are lke sisters and im sure if you have a sister you fight with them too ...get my point. So anyways the best thing to do is to forgive them and move on. IF their mad at you you need to say your sorry and say what can i do to fix it.
