Personally (another matter of opinion) i think kids should kiss on a date at the age of 13 (teenager and above) I think you shoud kiss someone when you're ready and the other person is ready and after you've agreed to kiss

Well that is a complicated question because it depends on who it is like sometimes they do follow you around but sometimes you just think they are around you too much and are getting in your way and in your personal space. One way to solve the problem without being mean is to just ask them if you can be alone for a little bit or hang around with a few of your other friends and try to ignore them but don't be to obvious just say hi every once in a while and if they start a conversation try to change it so it goes a bit quicker but there is no problem talking to them so be friendly. Never tell anyone you think they are stalking you just fade away from them it could be a rumor and you telling other people could start something.
