The reason I am giving you two to choose from because, these are the best to use but you know the person more than me so you should know the outcome of both and you should choose the best of the both. The first choice I will give you is to tell him how you feel about him. When you tell him how you feel about him, he will then know how you feel about him and if something goes wrong in his current relationship, then if he likes you the same way, he will end his current relationship to be in one with you. If you do not think that will work out too great, then you have your second choice. The second choice is to wait until he is done with his current relationship then you jump to him and tell him your feelings about him. I would really recommend doing the first choice. This situation is all up to you now but if he does not like you in the end, look for a new guy and you will probably like him just as much or probably more!
