Actually, women are not indecisive. The above question is a stereotype and makes women seem weak. In reality women are not weak and have to make decisions in life everyday. Women for centuries have had to support themselves and their children without having equal rights, with no right to vote, no rights to attend school, no rights to have a bank account or to have equal pay. They have been left widows due to war, abandoned, beaten, killed, and divorced. Yet, they manage to survive and raise their children.

If you are comfortable enough to hang around them slowly try to integrate yourself into conversations. I realize it sounds easier said then done as you are shy but if they are hanging around you they seem to enjoy your company and like being around you - let your guard down slowly, you have nothing to lose.

if you are a boy you always have to make the first move like send her a note or just be her friend and work your way up but don't take to long like a month after 2 weeks ask her to a movie or a drink and after the 2 date ask her to be your girlfriend. if you a girl send a note don't say your name and get him to tell all the girls he is close to and tell them who he would date out of you and another 2 girls and you will no what to do after it worked for me and my friends. As a male in a 14 month relationship, I'd suggest somthing small. Do not go overboard as you dont know how long the realtionship will last. Perhaps, a 20$ giftcard to a restauraunt he frequently visits or has wanted to go to, or a gift card for the movie theatres. Or a little larger, like a bottle of cologne, or an engraved nametag with your pictures on it.
