Friend: For early man it gave warmth, light, helped in hunting, and protection. Now we can use it for comfort on a snowy day, maybe for a romantic setting with Yankee candles, or just to warm up the apartment/house.

He is either not respecting you, or he is a coward in front of his friends. The only other answer is if he is not aware that he may be hurting your feelings and you need to talk to him about it privately. If he is aware and is not more careful, then the problem will get worse until it is resolved. I'm a guy too and it is probably one of these three reasons, or a combination. I am not a guy myself, but I have heard that some guys do tease girls they like. But even if it was only because they like you, then you shouldn't want to like him because he doesn't respect you enough.

Joining groups of interests would help you meet new people and make new friends and from there you could make really good friends.

Talk to your best friend's boyfriend and if he wont get your best friend to talk too him, and ask why he hate's you! If you've done nothing wrong then it's his problem. But If you have just say your really sorry for whatever you've done (:

if he likes you to then just be nice about it and let him down easy and don't try to sweeten it with something like your dad wont let you date because if he is persistent like me he won't stop until he knows for sure and also talk to him still if he knows you just want to be friends or else he will think you just don't like him and are making excuses

Powhatan pretty much left them alone. I think he figured that they would die from the bad water and disease . He was fairly right. Within 6 months there were only 34 men left alive of the 104 who came. It wasn't until after his death that the brother of Powhatan attacked the colony. The story about Smith is also not true. He did NOT save Jamestown. He was only there a very few months and he lied about his contribution to the settlement in a book he wrote several years later. He also made up the story about Pocahontas and she died young so couldn't refute his story. The man who did save Jamestown was the husband of Pocahontas and gave tobacco seeds to the colony. That was John Rolfe.

It all depends whether you still have feelings for your ex or not? I am currently going through that I have a new boyfriend but my ex still cares about me & is constantly texting, calling and messaging me about it. It drives my boyfriend bonkers. I still have feelings for my ex which makes my current get even more pissed off at me. But if you don't have feelings for explain to your ex how you feel and maybe he'll understand it.

If your best friend moves on then you have to move on as well, be thankful for the time you had with them and spend time with your other friends. Unfortunately friends will come and go throughout your life as you age and times change as you don't always keep the same interests or paths.

Have a positive mindset and be friendly. When you meet someone new, listen, treat them like their special and try to develop a relationship. It all grows from there.

Communication is the key! Make sure each person knows how he or she feels. if there is misommunication in any kind of relationship it is bound to fail. As for ways to improve it, try going on adventures like hiking or to an amusement park, try something new and break out of the usual habits.

True friendship requires certain accountability factors. Real friends encourage one another and forgive one another where there has been an offense. Genuine friendship supports during times of struggle. Friends are dependable. In true friendship, unconditional love develops. We love our friends no matter what and we always want the best for our friends.

I don't know, but I can say that I absolutely agree with the above comment. It depends on what's going in on my life at the time, but today it's just been one of those days and that's why I am replying too.

You could say politely "I don't think we have that much in common anymore, therefore I don't think we should be friends anymore."and make sure you dont be mean to her and try to find a new best friend that really cares about you and understands you. HOPE THIS HELPS!

The first thing that you should do is apologize for what you did wrong. If you don't know what you did wrong then say," I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I still want to be friends with you." If they don't forgive you then you should try and apologize with something more than an apology. Like tell them something about them that only you know, that will show that you guys are true friends. Like say it's something as simple as a favorite color, if you remember what it is then that shows that you remember the littlest details of them. Say that you don't want to lose them as a friend, and you understand that what you did or said wasn't right or necessarily nice. If they don't forgive you, no worries, you will always make more friends.

If a friend is not listening to you they are not ignoring you they are probably just busy or maybe in a rush so just wait for them to finish then ask them. If this is a problem that you are crying with or really sad and they are not listening to you then they are not a good friend at all and you should take advise from another friend then that friend might realise that she/he has being ignoring you and come back and probably help you.

Approach him. Boys dont like shy girls, or mean ones. Hang out with other guys and act cool. If you are not so pretty, dont wear make-up or tight clothes, boys dont like that. if he doesnt notice you even after you talked to him, talk to him more, but dont smother him. Sit next to him at lunch or in class. And DONT embarrass him. If you need to pick a boy partner, pick a cute boy you hardly know. Then i bet he will notice.

Usually he means just that, unless you feel you can't trust him. if he is a lier, or has a reputation for being one, he could just be trying to get in your pants. but if he is not known as a lier, he could very well have extremely deep feelings for you

There's no such thing as the friend zone - just because you like a guy doesn't mean that he has to like you back, his friendship is not a consultation prize. If you like the guy then ask him out, if he says no then accept that and move on, if you don't want to lose his friendship then continue as normal.
