One method is to use what's called The Whip. Stand as close to the ropes as possible then grab the opponent with C Left then keep pressing C Down to do The Whip. If you were close enough you will throw the player out of the ring. Another technique is to leave the ring by going to the ropes and keep holding the direction of the ropes (left, up, down, or right) and allow your player to leave the ring. Wait until the opponent comes close enough then press C Left to grab his feet and drag him outside of the ring.
