When a couple have filed Income Tax Returns for two concurrent years showing the same address they are considered to be a common law couple.
The driving distance from London, Ontario to Quebec City is 974 kilometres. This would take just over 10 hours to travel non-stop. The flight distance between these two centres is 557 miles, or 896 kilometres.
Using the shortest possible route (Highway 16 west to Jasper, Highway 93 [the Columbia Icefield Parkway] south to Highway 1 [the TransCanada Highway], Highway 1 east to Calgary, and Highway 2 (the Queen Elizabeth II] north to Edmonton) your total distance would be 915 kilometers (571 miles).
Driving time would vary, but Edmonton to Jasper is about 3.5 hours. Jasper to Calgary is about 5 hours. Calgary to Edmonton is about 2.8 hours.
So without stops for gas or meals-and assuming you don't hit Calgary during rush hour-our total driving time is 11.3 hours, more or less. I would think it's closer to 13 hours if you obey the speed limits (approximately) and stop to gas up.

Land in Ontario varies from different places. The grass is 10% greener than most places in the USA. Only 10% of the land is paved, and unpaved land is mostly forests. if you are thinking of moving to Ontario, you've made a good choice because we have plenty of extra land that is greener than you can imagine.
The distance between the above mentioned places is 565.4 km approximately. The distance is straight path from one place to another place. There might be slight difference between the actual distance and the above mentioned distance because of the route chosen.
I'm still here!
Can't see why anyone would want to leave Ontario unless it is work related, or they simply want to live in the West (where you get little snow in winter).
Graduated License restrictions for G1 level drivers includes:
* Refraining from driving on Ontario's "400-series" highways or on high speed expressways such as the Queen Elizabeth Way, Don Valley Parkway, Gardiner Expressway, E.C. Row Expressway and the Conestoga Parkway.
Though this restriction is a condition set out by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation that pertains to Ontario G1 level drivers, the restriction may or may not apply to driving on Interstate Highways in the United States.
