No; Ibuprofen and Diclofenac are both NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). Because they work in very similar ways and have very similar side effects if you took both you could overdose.
The good news is that both are equally effective for dental pain so if you are used to taking Diclofenac I would stick with that.
To help with your pain there are a couple of other options to look at. Firstly you may be able to increase the strength of your co-codamol. Co-codamol is a single tablet that combines paracetamol with codeine (an opioid The two straights commonly available are 8mg of codeine per 500mg paracetamol (8/500) or 30mg codeine per 500mg paracetamol. If you are currently taking 8/500 your doctor or dentist could prescribe 30/500. Depending on the nature of your dental pain, the dentist or doctor may also prescribe alternative opioid painkillers such as Tramadol. Increasing opioid analgesia such as codeine is usually not terribly effective in dental pain but may offer you some relief
You may also like to discuss local anaesthetic options with your dentist. Diflam, for example, is usually used in sore throats but can be used as a mouthwash to numb you gums. This must be discussed with your dentist first to ensure that it wont make the problem worse.
Sleep is also known to effect perception of pain. So if you've not been sleeping lately (maybe because of your pain) your doctor may be able to prescribe a short course of sleeping tablets. Things are always easier to deal with after a good nights sleep.

I would definitely get a doctor's OK before proceeding. Just to give you peace of mind. It may be that more therapy is needed. I have endured more than 15 knee surgeries and other procedures so I've been there and done that. Never go too fast when returning to activities from an injury.
Were you told surgery was required? If so, see if that is still indicated.
Otherwise, work up slowly. Don't push yourself and don't work so hard as to cause pain. Stop before reaching that point. Over time do a little more until you feel good enough to return to your activity of choice. Also, take anti-inflammatory medications to reduce any remaining tenderness or swelling. Of course, check with your doc to be sure taking these drugs is OK for you. He/she can also advise you as to dose. Alternating heat and cold is also good. Twenty minutes for each. Try this 2-3 times per day. Finally, when you are active be sure to warm up and cool down, stretching is good. Never so all out w/o warming up and never just stop abruptly w/o slowing down.

Just so you know prior to reading...... my doctor replaced my hydrocodone with suboxone and I have pretty severe back problems but it stops the pain. And I feel much better because just in case you don't know, pain pills are a depressant and they will make you depressed and you won't even realize it until you start really thinking about your behavior since you have been on the medicine.
Yes, pain pills will make you mad for sure if it is hydrocodone (vicodin) or oxycodone. I know from experience I took them for five years and have stopped for the last 5 months and I don't get mad or have mood swings anymore at all. It has completely stopped. If you are in pain and absolutely need to have something that is stronger an otc medicine try ask a non narcotic pain medicine like Ultram or something in the same family.
P.S. Pay attention and see when it triggers you and you become angry. Is it right after you take it, or say a few hours after it has worn off, or if it is when you are out of them completely and waiting to get them filled.

i cant really understand your question i think you are saying you usually dont feel stomach pain and hardness, and your breasts are not normally soar, if that isthe case than it is possible sore breasts is a sign of pregnancy, but is also the sign of many other things to, such as water retention if you diet is taking in to much salt and not enough water your body will store water wherever neccicary which does cause breast tenderness, it could be growth, but usually when it is growth it hurts around the breast not around the nipple, and lastly it could be an oncoming period tender breasts is a sign of a period and can feel similar to soar breasts if you are pregnan, a women will usually get soar breasts in a pregnancy around 4 to 6 weeks of pregnancy which could also possibly be the time where you expect period signs also, i would take a test and go from there hope i helped
