Depending on the situation, honestly if the guy called you a wrong name and the name he accidently called you was his ex girlfriend then i would be slightly offended. If he was tired and called you the wrong name, ehhh its acceptable. If he calls you the wrong name and the name he called you is a person that he is extremely close to don't take any offense.
