Believing in Santa clause has nothing to do with relationships directly, however the mentality of childishness counts, that means it depends on the belief he has. If he only believes and doesn't like worship Santa then it might even be nice for your relationship as it is that he might make you laugh on those days when people are celebrating the Christmas season. Everyone believes in something but the degree matters.
