Ok listen up: Why are you aiming to go out with a guy who has a girlfriend!? I mean that's all fine and dandy, but he can't have two girls at the same time. doesn't that make you uncomfortable at all? Find a new guy to like because if he says he likes this girl he's cheating on for you, where is it written that he won't do the same thing to you with some other girl?

Ok. that was a little harsh, but heres what you need to do: wait until he breaks up with his girlfrined. If he does, then you be there for him to be his best friend for awhile before you two start going out. If you go out any sooner than about two weeks after he breaks up with her, everyone will think that he broke up with her to go out with you and you will look like a...well lets just say very unpleasant person!

Remember that you're only 14. You have your whole life ahead of you. You (and he) have an awful lot of changing to do before you become adults. At this point in your young life, there's no way to tell if he's even the one for you. You're not even finished with high school yet and there's still college to go. Well, if you want someone to like someone else, first of all, you need to have them meet. Second, you should try to get them talking. Then, you just have to let them be. If they just want to be friends or don't like each other at all, then, let them be. Just, never tell lies. You could say good stuff about them if they were true, but other wise, they may find out you lied and that usually isn't good. lol
