well it could be coz he really wants some time to himself, he'll miss you and realize how much he likes you. :)Or maybe he wants to re-evaluvate the relationship, just coz both of you say you don't want to be with anyone else doesn't mean both of you are telling the truth. So don't rush in and start pressing for answers but move in slowly, give him time and let him know that you are there for him but not hovering over him 24/7.
