Why doesn't an orbiting sat elite fall back to earth?
It's travelling forward through space at sufficient speed to balance out the effects of gravity. Either that - or it's sufficiently far enough from Earth that gravity cannot pull it back to the surface. Here's two examples.. a TV satellite and the GPS network.
In the case of a TV satellite - it needs to 'follow' the rotation of the Earth - so that it keeps transmitting TV to the same area on the planet. TV satellites are in low orbits - and thus need to move fast enough to stop gravity pulling them back to earth.
For the GPS network - the satellites need to remain stationary in orbit - in order for accurate data to be received by devices. The GPS satellites need to remain in a static position - and thus are orbiting far enough from the Earth that gravity doesn't affect them.
What is covered by the sat subject test?

Has anyone used prepscholar for sat or act how was it what did you score review?
I was researching this company too and it looks like they are well reviewed. Here are a few examples:
"I was really worried about taking the SAT until I discovered PrepScholar. I knew that group classes wouldn't give me the individualized approach that I needed, and I couldn't study alone because I lacked motivation. PrepScholar allowed me to pinpoint the areas I needed to study most and created a specific lesson plan just for me based on my strengths and weaknesses. The progress I made with each lesson motivated me to complete more of my lessons as often as possible. I improved by over 200 points, and I'm really happy with my SAT score. I know I couldn't have done it without PrepScholar."
"I loved Prep Scholar. It was user friendly, practical in the price and workload, and also produced results. It was the perfect program for me. It provided me with lessons based on my weaknesses as assessed in the initial diagnostic test. I wanted to improved my SAT scores dramatically and do so within one month. I used this program and made sure I did all the lessons it's scheduled me on time. I ended up improving my score 370 points! I was very happy with progress I made from using the skills this program taught me."

What are Virginia Military Institute's 25th-75th percentile SAT Writing scores?
Virginia Military Institute's 2014 25th-75th percentile SAT Writing Scores are 490-590, meaning 25% of students scored 490 or lower on the Writing portion of the SAT, and 75% of students scored 590 or lower (i.e. 25% of students scored 590 or higher).
How many times should a student take the SAT?
In short, as many times as it takes to get that perfect score. However, the more times that you start to take the MCAT, the more schools really wonder if you have what it takes to become a doctor. One bad showing on your first time can be ignored if you improve on your second attempt. However, I would not continue to retake the MCAT without putting significant amount of time into additional studying.
If you just need a content review and not a formal class, I would recommend taking a look at http://www.FreeMCATPrep.com - they have an outline that is modeled after AAMC's (the testmaker) topic lists. Also, they have a bunch of practice questions so you can gauge where you are (and it's 100% free, unlike those other expensive companies).
Good luck with your preparation!
Can you give 4 sat subject tests at one time?
No, you can only take up to 3 subject tests in a day. The testing centers are not open long enough to do more, nor would you want to take so many in one day.
How many hours is the SAT test?

Most SAT preparation books I have seen are usually about the same level as SAT. Some other test prep books will intentionally put harder material, so that the actual exam seems easier in comparison.
It depends on what college you're going to. 1450 isn't really Ivy-League material, but it is an alright score. Extra-curricular activities also matter, it isn't just the SAT that they look for.
