No. Not because they lack intellegence, but they have never been known to take an Intellegence Quotient test, or IQ test that was designed for humans. If they did take it, they'd probably get a fat ZERO. But, on the other hand, if there were a snake version of an IQ test, maybe if we took it we might get a 1 or a 2 score while the snake got an average of 100. They are very smart for a reptile since they have successfully inhabited the earth for millions of more years than we have. So, I guess it depends on which test you take and who wrote it.
