What does a advance trumpet mean?

I'm making a guess that you mean an advanced trumpet compared to a student model. By advanced, you're probably referring to an intermediate or professional model horn. There are various differences between the two. An intermediate or pro horn will probably have better valves, better valve alignment, possibly, but not necessarily a larger bore, different plating, an attached third slide ring instead of a removeable one, a first slide saddle, a one-piece, hand hammered bell, some have removeable/tuneable bells, and in general, will be more well made. Many student line horns are made on an assembly line, where many pro horns are hand made, or at least made one at a time.
