You leave the pimples alone. If you pop or pick at them, you will wind up ruining your new piece of art. Use soap and water and lightly wash it, then use a towel and pat it dry. Do Not Scrub It!!! You will end up losing most of the ink if you do that. Same thing when it starts to peel. Don't pick it.

Toothpaste is only good for pimples on your face. It dries them out. Toothpaste is not good for the skin. If you do use toothpaste for your pimples use white or clear toothpaste. Colored toothpaste will stain your face and make your face the color of the toothpaste for days. Also only put the toothpaste on the pimple. Not on your entire face. It will burn you until your eyes start to water if you do. Also be sure to not leave the toothpaste on for more than 5 minutes or else strong burning will occur.

okay,okay...first step is never to panic! and no matte how gross the pimple looks like,never , I repeat , NEVER : pop,pick on,or squeeze your pimple! this might cause further infection in the area around your zit and leave facial scars. Drink lots of water, and always sleep early ( cuz stress or physical fatigue brings out pimples!). Wash your face daily , but not too often cuz oil around your face can no longer protect your skin from germs. WASH not too often.

Well you can't really get rid of them straight away i dont think, but if you put a good concealer on it that matches your skin colour, then put foundation over it, then powder. it will definatly cover it up. Then at night wash off the makeup and rub the scratch with vitamin E. good luck! :)

I feel your pain. I had or should I say I still kind of have bad acne and for some reason, when I DON'T pop them, they scar and leave a dark spot.

Anyways, I went to a dermatologist and all they really say is that it'll fade over time. That is true but I'm sure you don't want it there for a few years.

Go on a 3 step face wash system. you should already be on one. Everyone should. By 3 step I mean: wash, toner, moisturizer. At least once a day and 2 if possible. This will fade away the spot and even the tone of the rest of your face too. I recommend Aveno. Not expensive and very effective.

1 Wet your face and scrub it with the face wash (pay attention to the dark spot). I keep mine in the shower and do it when I shower in the morning.

2 Dry your face with a towel (your face must be dry for the toner and the toner is your biggest daily fighter against dark spots).

Apply the toner all over your face and let it AIR DRY (I do this after I'm out of the shower and getting dressed.

3 After the toner air dries on your face, apply some moisturizer

I'd say you can get rid of that spot within half a year (really good) and by that time, you'll have beautiful skin too.

EVERY month or two, you can do a peel to help get rid of some skin layers.
