Well I think you need to go to a reporter in Jubilife TV station. he will ask you what you think of TV you will answer EVERYONE HAPPY then he will ask you for feed back say WIFI CONNECTION. Mystergift will then be activated on your Pokemon login menu then you will need to go to another conuntry to get the event like in Los Vages. After you have done that there will be a green guy in a pokemart talk to him. He will give you the Azure Flute. Go to the Place where you got Dialga or palkia then the DS will ask you if you want to play the Azure flute say yes and a stair case will open up in front of you save your game then go up. Arceus should be there. Battle.Catch.
