Different people like different saxophones. It depends what style and who you are. Tenor produces a jazzier sound, but you often sacrifice having the melody for a counter-melody, or sometimes even just tones in the background. Alto is generally a good choice for concert band. for marching band, the baritone or Contra-bass saxophone is a good choice, to enhance the band's sound.
As for brands...
For alto: stay away from yamaha. Julius Keilwerth st 90 series 4 is a good model, and my personal choice.
Tenor and Baritone : Selmer.
I do not play contra-bass, and therefore, cannot give you a good brand.

Most have rules that only seniors live there, orethwise it would just be another apt. complex. They usually get a break in rent because they don't usually trash the place before they move and the landlords don't usually have to worry about getting rent out of them when it's due.

Glad to be of assistance xD
put the second finger down
Bigbang7495: Actually, there is several C's. One way is by pressing down you second finger. If you want to play a low C then press all your fingers down, and your pinkey on your right hand and press the farthest button. To play a high C, press your second finger and the octave key.
The written low Bb of an alto sax sounds a C# (or Db) in the middle of the bass clef, also know as C#3. The frequency of the note is 138.59 Hz, assuming the note is played in tune with A4 = 440Hz..
The Henry Mancini orchestra (Mancini also wrote it). The sax soloist was Plas Johnson.
Mainly Jazz styles are played on the saxophone but other styles include military bands and a few orchestras.
well i cant write music notes but here it is in letters CDEC CDEC EFG EFG GAGFEC GAGFEC CGC CGC JUST and repeat it
Originally, the soprano was one of seven instruments in the saxophone family patented by Adolphe Sax in 1846. At that time the soprano might have taken the lead voice in a saxophone choir or served as the top woodwind voice in a military band. It has come to be used primarily as a solo instrument in jazz or popular music combos.
Because the soprano sax can sound shrill and is very difficult to play in tune, some people might say there is no good reason for Adolphe to have invented it.
The KEY of the alto sax and baritone sax is in Eb. The Tenor is in Bb
To play an F put down all the fingers of the left hand (top of the saxophone) and the first finger on the right hand.
To have the note higher add the speaker key (with the left thumb)
The very top F on the saxophone, the left hand palm keys all held down, plus the top E key on the right hand side.
You get the music and practice, then play and look if turns out well!
Lesson costs vary widely by location, and also by the starting level of the student and of the teacher. Lessons for a school student or amateur, from a music teacher or a mid-level pro who does both gig-playing performances and giving lessons, in the Washington, D.C. area run from $50 and up for one lesson that lasts about 45-50 minutes. But lessons from a high-level professional, for an advanced college student or a professional looking to improve his or her quality, could easily run you $200 a lesson.
It should be noted that the professional who gives a child/student a lesson, who is, say, a high school band director or a player in one of the military bands, is usually himself or herself taking lessons on occasion from someone who has been playing for even longer, or from someone who knows more about the manufacture of the instruments and about repairing them.
Many music stores and individual teachers offer discounts for students who sign up for multiple lessons on a recurring basis, and for those who offer payment for multiple lessons in advance.
It was invented in the 1840s by a men named Antoine Joseph

A good class student saxophone costs about £800 new, but they go all the time for £400-£500 on eBay.
Cees van Oyen died on November 9, 2007, in Leiden, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands.
Actually not really. With my experiences with them the quality is very inconsistent from horn to horn. Sure there are a few that may work wonders but that chance is slim. I do have to say that they are better than most stencil horns though.
When you play piano, it's a step higher than clarinet because clarinet is not a concert pitched instrument, so you have to take what note is on the piano and lower it one.
Example: You're playing a G on piano and you want to play it on clarinet. You then play an A on clarinet because it's a step higher.
Example 2: You're playing an E on piano and you want to play it on clarinet. You then play an F# on the clarinet.
Check by ear just in case!
