Kingda Ka is the world tallest and fastest roller coaster in the world. Kingda Ka is located at Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ. Kingda Ka is 456 feet tall and goes 128 mph. It takes 3.5 seconds to get to top speed, (from 0 mph to 128mph). It takes 11 seconds to reach the top of the hill from the bottom. The whole ride is only 28 seconds long. There are 4 trains, teal (light blue), orange, dark blue and of course green. Each car holds 17 people. Each car has two seats except the back row, which only has 1. The main colors are green and blue. The track is green and the supports are blue. The min height is 52 in. From my experience, I would suggest getting a Flash Pass. BTW the section of the park Kingda Ka is located is the golden kingdom.

The first roller coaster was actually a coal mining car in NY in 1895 that ran 18 miles down hill and would hit a 100 MPH. People came up to the hill where it was located and rode it down. Roller coasters became popular after WW1 and there were over 2,000 built in the United States in the early 1900's. In 1927 the Coney Island roller coaster opened. The early roller coasters were very dangerous and many people got hurt on them. They are called roller coasters because wheels are used for them to coast on a track. It is all done with gravity.

Generally between 35-40 MPH. It would go a lot slower if not for the fact that it's actually being pulled down by a machine as it "drops" to make it go faster. This machine also helps the randomized patterns, too, so no two rides are exactly the same.

Some of the original rides that Walter Knott created for Knott's Berry Farm was Calico Mine Ride, Calico Log Ride and the Old Stage Coach where among the first rides at Knott's Berry Farm. There were also other attractions including Bird Cage Theater, Burrow Rides, the Wagon Train, Paddle Boats at reflection lake, Panning for Gold & Old MacDonald's Farm with the seal pool. Corkscrew was the first roller coaster to open in the park in 1975 with Sky Tower which housed the parachutes in 1976.

these are their biggest rides but there are dozens of other rides and attractions including rapids, log flume, haunted house (hex which gives visitors a 'ghost' story and a ride), rip saw etc etc

Not quite sure what you mean by "what type" but IntaminAG (the builder) calls these types of coasters "Accelerator Coasters".

It is not a roller coaster- it is a flat ride- as are real dragsters. the dragsters run on a track and it is believed to be connected to something like the feed rod- threaded in a worm pattern and under power- of a lather. thus, the cars cannot get out of control Such a lengthy feed-rod would make for an expensive ride to engineer and concievably maintain, they are not a very common ride. I have never seen them.

The one in San Diego is sooo fun

It depends on weather you're afraid of roller coasters or not.

If you are a fearless rider: Because of the lines, you might want to run to the coasters in this order:

Diamondback, Firehawk, Crypt, Vortex, Racer, Flight of Fear, Backlot Stunt Coaster, Beast, and then any other you can think of in any order, but try to go to the ones with the longest lines first. Diamondback and Firehawk first because they'll supply you with the adrenaline needed to get through to the others quickly.

If you're buliding your courage up to ride then i suggest you ride them like this:

1. Flying Ace, to build up your courage for height,

2. Backlot Stunt Coaster for speed (this coaster rockets off very quickly)

3. The Racer, it's a fast ride full of hills, basically a big version of the kiddie ride Beastie (I have no clue what it's currently called, but it was originally Beastie) and a small, wooden version of the Diamondback.

4. Beast. It's tall, wooden, and fast.

5. Now you should make a point of improvising on the remaining coasters, depending on your area of weakness, be it height, speed, turns or otherwise.

In general if you lose or damage a theme park pass, you can get a replacement (there may be a small fee involved, but it should be much less than the cost of a new pass). I'm not sure what "broke" means in this context, but take the pieces to the ticket office and ask them what the procedure is.

the main competitors of Thorpe park are chessington, London eye, madam Tussuad's, and any other attractions in London. Alton towers could be a competitor but it isn't in the London area so it depends that's all i know.

I went to Dorney in 2008 and I'm going again this year. The last time I went to Dorney Park, the scariest rides would have had to be Talon and Hydra because Talon whips you around and Hydra is just crazy.
