Why does a person with anorexia often have red hands?
Anorexia can cause problems with the heart and with blood flow (vain constriction). This can result in poor blood flow to the extremities (hand, feets, fingers, legs, ect.) and cause blodd to pool up when resting in such extremities. Also, anorexics tend to have less body mass and insulating fat on their bodies, and will get colder mroe easily. One of the body's first reactions to the cold is to become flushed, like how your cheeks will get rosy red.
Why did everybody suddenly want to have anorexia?
The basic assumption made in the question is incorrect. Everyone did not and does not wish to be anorexic.
It came to prominence because many people had a poor self image and believed much of the hype made by fashion trends. Exacerbated by companies using very underweight models. There were several minor celebrities with the illness that added to the problem by people believing they were good role models.

People who are bulimic usually fit the general category of someone who has - on more than one occasion (usually at least 5 or so) - binged (eatedn excessive amounts of foods, usually unhealthy ones, in a relatively short amount of time) and then purged (laxative abuse, forced vomiting, ect.) in order to avoid gaining weight.
What is worse anorexia or strep throat?
Anorexia is worse than strep throat, by far. Strep throat is (usually) a short term illness that is treated with medication and a doctor's visit. Anorexia is both a physical and mental illness in which the anorexic person believes they are fat and starves themself and overexercises to lose excessive amounts of weight. Anorexia is not always curable, and severe cases require months on end in a hospital or in an outpatient treatment care center. Anorexia can be a lifelong, deadly disease, while we have developed cures and treatment options for strep throat.

Why are eating disorders classified as mental and emotional problems rather than just physical?
Most of it is all in their head, just like any other mental disorder. Even if they hit their goal weight, they can't just drop the dieting (which was bad in the first place) because of the fear they'll get fat. Its almost an addiction, and its hard to stop. The effects are both mental and physical, though.

How does bullying affect eating disorders?
Bulimic activity increases as anxiety increases. Bullying has a very negative affect on the bulimic subject. It helps to think of bingeing and purging as simply symptoms of a much deeper issue. It is an issue that can manifest itself in a multitude of ways, usually when the sufferer is at their most debilitated. They feel misunderstood, confused and then this unimaginable behavior manifests. Worse, the treatment they are often offered casts them as addicts and assumes their behavior is by choice. If addiction actually exists, it is assumed that this is further evidence of dysfunction. In reality the addiction is often another behavior triggered by anxiety; again, not a choice. For a long time it was rumored that she had an eating disorder of some kind, but it was never confirmed.
What are the different ways of getting fit?
How to get fit? There's really three things- eat right, exercise and take care of yourself. Eating right involves eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains while including enough lean protein and some monounsaturated fats. Eliminate unneeded saturated fat, increase your consumption of soluble fiber. Get rid of trans-fats. Replace enriched wheat flour with whole grains. Avoid anything that you can't justify eating- no cake, cookies, candy and replace it with the above-mentioned items. Making simple substitutions can make your diet a lot healthier. Drink skim milk instead of 2% or whole. Don't eat fried foods when you can eat grilled or other less fatty forms of the food. Avoid eating products which have added sugar or fats- you're getting less nutritional value per bite or calories. You'll also want to make sure you limit your total calories to as many as you need- but this should come naturally as you replace calorically-dense foods with less dense fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Exercise- both cardiovascular and resistance (weight lifting) are important components of getting fit. Cardiovascular exercise can be simply thought of as any activity that gets your heart pumping. Biking, running and vigorous sports are all great forms of cardiovascular exercise- gyms also have exercise machines such as stationary bikes and treadmills which let you pace yourself and make sure your heart rate gets up. The American Heart Association recommends 30 to 60 minutes of moderate cardiovascular excercise a day (moderate-intensity would be jogging) Resistance training is also important for building muscle mass and increasing bone density. Weight lift with dumbells or whatever, making sure you work all of your muscles. Pushups and crunches are also good. Meet with a personal trainer at a gym to get a detailed plan setup for you. Finally, take care of yourself. Get enough sleep, don't do drugs, don't smoke, don't drink heavily and monitor your stress levels. Keep yourself happy, maintain social connections and laugh a lot. Thousands of studies and hundreds of books have been written on fitness, I've attempted to condense them down to a few paragraphs. If anything is unclear to you, google it, there are plenty of resources available. Be wary of the source of your information. Look to scientific journals, respected organizations (American Heart Association, American Cancer Society) and government information (CDC, FDA, USDA, WHO) as your source, not new-age, homeopathic remedy "detoxifying" sites.
