Some general symptoms of an anxiety attack are a feeling of tightness in the throat, light headedness, dizziness, subjective trouble breathing (if you take a deep breath, you can breathe fine - no wheezing), chest tightness (sometimes mistaken for heart attack pains), and fainting. The symptoms of anxiety can be treated with medications or various relaxation techniques, but it is important to address the problem which causes you anxiety.
How can you cure nanosophobia?
The appropriate treatment for any phobia is based around gradual exposure in a controlled environment. This is typically done over the course of several sessions of psychotherapy, although there are some variants on the procedure. To get treatment, contact your insurance company to get a list of therapists in your area who take that insurance. If you don't have insurance, you can find a therapist through your phone book, Google Maps, or similar directories. While the theory behind treatment of phobias is fairly simple, especially compared to treatment of other psychological disorders, I do not recommend doing it on your own without at least some input from someone with formal training in psychology.

Is it acceptable to use low dose hydrocodone for anxiety?
There are drugs out there that help with anxiety. Talk to your dr about alprazolam. I have been taking that drug for years on anxiety. I am not sure what is linked to your anxiety but, it also could be helpful to talk with a counslor.
Well, alprazolam is an awful thing to take because it is basicaly the same thing as drinking a six pack of your favorite beer, this is because both alcohol & alprazolam bind to GABA receptors. I believe opioids are a safe alternatione if not the best to keep anxiety at bay. I personaly have been using it for over 2 years and have not had any problems. I only take 10mgs of oxycodone or hydrocodone. Two years ago I started out with 5mgs. Just don't tell your doctor because he will not like what you are doing.

Where does Ranidaphobia rank in the most commonly feared phobias?
Raidaphobia or the fear of frogs or toads. It all depends on which country and which study you believe. In the US it ranks quite highly at about (depending on the study) number 34. In the UK it is slightly lower at about 39. In India where the frog is seen as representative of the matter from which everything was created (Hindu)it is down at about 120. In Germany it ranks higher than the UK but lower than the US at about 36. So I suppose in western cultures the answer is going to be around the rank of 36 in the list of most common phobias.

Watch your own "body language". Adopt a relaxed, informal pose. Dont sit on the other side of a desk.Smile, and chat gently at first.Give them time. Try and read their body language. Play some gentle music to start with.
== == one thing ive had happen was when you tell them something, and its not relevant to what they are saying or the 'problem at hand' then they kind of ignore it, which will only make whatever issue the person has with it worse,
if they need to talk about something, let them and respond, dont just write in a note pad, help them with it its obviously troubling them.

I'd say, make sure you are warm and inviting. Smile! Tell the client you are impressed when they have successes. My therapist was wonderful at this, and I always felt so comfortable with her. Don't take notes, record the session so you can listen to it later without writing a ton. Be unconditionally accepting.
