Go to your computer open up itunes. Once it's open click app store and it will ask for the password and you just click the forgot password and you will be set. If that doesn't work go to itunes click store which is located at the top menu then click activate... and it will do the same password thing. That should have you all set!

well id suggest checking restrictions and seeing if someone enabled them and disabled the app store. press the settings icon then general > restrictions. if it asks for a password then restrictions are enabled. enter the code then turn the switch next to "installing apps" to "on". press the home button and the app store icon should appear. if u have more questions then email me at abcter817 on aim

Make sure you have an Intel mac laptop by going up to the Apple symbol in the top left of your computer and selecting About This Mac. You must have under Processor in the About This Mac window something Intel also your operating system must at least be Version 10.6.1 or newer. If all of those are correct then go back to the apple symbol in the top left and the third choice down should be the Mac App store

ive never heard of that happening but i would plug your phone into your computer and in itunes hit restore and it will reset everything on your phone but should bring it back
