Sorry I couldn't help but I just wanted to tell you that it's not your computer in particular.

Nope it's not, a multiuser OS can be used by many people, one at at time. Lets say you have one computer for the whole family to share, you can use a different login for them so they can only log into their part only after you are done with it.
With a Multitasking OS you can do more then one thing at a time, like, watch a movie on your device and play a game at the same time.
Here's another analogy, rub your belly and at the same time pat your head, that's multitasking.

Let's make an educated guess. In 1976, the Apple I was Apples computer for sale. (It was also sold in 1977, but we'll pretend it wasn't.) It went on sale in July 1976 at a price of $666.66 (some were sold at $500, but let's stick to the $666.66 figure). About 200 units were produced altogether. I have no idea if they sold them all, but let's say they did. 200 times $666.66 is $133,332.00. So that's how much they would have made under this rather unlikely scenario. Of course, not all of that was profit. In fact, it may be that only 1/3 was profit.
As of 11/2013 the 21.5" iMac sells for $1,299. The Mac Mini is $599. The 13" Macbook Pro is $1199. The 11" Macbook Air is $999. The Mac Pro is $2999. You can buy a refurbished model for less at the Apple Store. You can also get Government and Student discounts on new Macs.
A MacBook is a type of laptop computer made by apple (the people who make ipods). They are very good computers, except a bit more expensive than other brands of computers but i think they are worth the extra money. They are very good with creative things, like editing, music and all that. Also they use a different operating system that is not Windows, which most computers use, it uses something called Mac OSX (Mac Operating System 10) which is otherwise known as Leopard.
