How can you improve sound quality in an auditorium?
Have the auditorium's dimensions measured and have the facility acoustically treated. Be sure the speakers and amplifiers are power matched to achieve best overall sound with minimal clipping and distortion.
If cost is an issue and sound treatment isn't accessible, speaker placement is the next best thing. Depending of the speakers' angle of dispersion and how large the seating area is, direct the speakers in a way so that maximum coverage is achieved. Try not to overlap the the sound coverage when directing the speakers as this can cause "hot-spots" or areas may be louder to the listener. Be sure the speakers and amplifier are connected correctly (positive to positive and negative to negative). Having any of the poles reversed can cause phase cancellation resulting in most, if not all, of the frequency ranges cancelled out, creating a hollow and weak signal.
If an equalizer is available, use it to optimize the sound by boosting or cutting certain frequencies that may be lacking or that may cause unwanted feedback.

When was the auto-tune microphone made?
There is no such thing as the "Auto-tune Mic". The vocal effect of "auto-tune" is actually a software plug-in for digital audio workstation programs (DAW) like ProTools or Logic.
Auto-Tune is an automated pitch-correction and audio-processing software created by Antares Audio Technologies, introduced in 1997.
At first, Auto-Tune was primarily used as a subtle way to cover the mistakes of a vocalist off their game; smoothly sliding the pitch to the correct note.
Then, in 1998, Cher's single "Believe" came out. People had heard vocoders in the past, but this was different. Cher's voice snapped from one pitch to the next, as if her vocal chords had been quantized, causing people to ask, "What's that effect?"
It was Auto-Tune, used excessively, to distort the tonal features of the voice.
Unfortunately, there is no microphone that can do it for you. I understand that there is an iPhone app that can do it, but it is not the same thing.

The Xenyx 1622FX comes with an external USB audio interface that connects via RCA cables to the mixer's tape in/out jacks. The mix recorded to the computer will be a stereo stream of the main mix output, so all the instruments will be combined together. You have to own a recording box that you record into.
If you do and it doesnt work. You have to go to a program called ASIO that should've istalled with Cubase. From there select that you want imput from USB plugin, not built in computer mic.
answer: you can load up samples in cusabe.or you can get a sample editor/player like Battery. and you can record soundds into cubase, I've never recorded anything into cubase so just read the manual.
Which producers use what music software?
Different producers use different software to their acquired taste. I use Ableton live suite and have done for a year. Deadmau5 uses fruity loops. Prodigy uses reason, ableton and logic. Ian Carey uses Steinberg Cubase 5. As far as i know of it, vast majority use Logic pro as it is pretty industry standard.
It's all about what you like and etc. I have to say that ableton is my favourite because it's so simple and intuitive as well as you can use it to dj with. You can do a mash up on the fly. It would be my choice for a lot because it truly has it all! It is an extremely flexible program for alot of today's needs
Logic is extremely professional software used by a bunch! Ranging from hardcore producers - Tiesto/Prodigy - to people not as well known but still amazing producers - John B Beta, Jordan Suckley. It's a great rock solid producer program!

You can ad certain effects to your songs, but you can't remove 100% music from a song. Whatever software you'll find that says that, it's not.

There is no option to reverse an audio clip in Adobe Soundbooth CS4. However, this can be done in Adobe Audition as the function is built-in natively.

How can you use a gpu to process rtas or vst audio effects?
If you have an Nvidia 8 series or above, you can use your gpu with certain plugins which support CUDA, such as some by LiquidSonics. Most VSTs aren't set up to run with CUDA though, and so won't work. Other people have experimented with transferring the workload of the VST to a GPU, but usually the latency becomes so large, it'd be more effective to use your cpu and wait for the tracks to freeze and just run as audio.

What is Stereo in music system?
Stereo (short for "stereophonic sound") uses two audio channels to give the impression of sound sources at different locations or from different directions. The stereophonic effect was first discovered in the 1880s.
