Can you insure your teenagers car?

Yes you certainly can insure your teenagers car. Be sur etaht you also add the teenager to your policy otherwise they woudl still be driving un-insured.

If your teenager is a minor, You really have little choice about it. Parents and legal guardians are automatically liable for the costs of accidents and injuries caused by a minor ward. It would be prudent to insure your minor child and the vehicle they are driving. Not doing so could land you in a law suit with no insurance coverage for legal defense or payment of claims resulting from your childs driving.

Can you finance a car and still make payments on it even though you don't have insurance on it?

Yes one can, but almost all companies providing financing will require you to obtain and have insurance with specified levels of coverage immediately after purchase (if not before even approving the loan) if you don't already have it to protect their investment. If you do not get the insurance required within their time limit, they have the right to call the loan and demand its full repayment or repossess the car.

For example the CU I financed my first car with wanted proof that I had made at least an initial payment on insurance with $250 collision and $100 comprehensive coverage before even approving the loan.

So while it can be done its rarely practical to do. Its really up to the lender.

Of course, your state will still require either liability insurance or posting a bond for the car to be legally driven! But thats a separate issue from financing when you don't yet have insurance.

The fault is the car entering a no entry lane. because that's why its called a "no entry lane" so no one can enter through it.

Added: Unless this collision occurred on a public street or way, it would be up to the insurors of both vehicles to determine which was at fault, since traffic flow indicators and signs posted on private property are not enforceable by law enforcement.

Can a contractor force their subcontractor to raise their car insurance premium?

I think you mean can a general contracto force their subcontractor to raise their car insurance coverage limits. Some people choose to buy insurance with very low limits which do not provide a lot of protection. If you work for someone like a general contractor they can require you have a certain level of insurance. The reason they might do this is because they may have insurance that starts at a certain dollar limit. For example

You buy insurance which covers damage cause if you car hits someone up to $25,000. The contractor may have insurance that starts at $50,000. This means that you would need insurance that covers up to $50,000 and the the contractors insurance would start paying after $50,000.

Premium is the money you pay to purchase a policy. If you increase your coverage limits from say $25,000 to $50,000 it will of course increase your premium cost.

Yes, you can, but it depends on what kind of felony you are talking about.

Certain types of felonies such as financial crimes, and crimes involving forgery or public deception, etc. would disqualify you for an insurance license in Texas.

Will auto insurance cover medical bills from an auto accident?

Yes. Most states require that the registrant of an auto to maintain a type of coverage to pay for his/her own medical expenses and a portion of lost wages as a result of a collision. This is generally payable without regard to fault for the collision and is payable under the injured party's own policy. Since fault is not an inssue, it is usually called "no-fault coverage".

All policies of insurance have exceptions and exclusions, depending upon the circumstances of the occurrence. Therefore, although coverage is generally provided, the circumstances of a particular case may give the insurer a defense to payment.
