i just tried it,,: when you go to tantalus (place u last flew leonopteryx) go to the top where it was sitting. use a scan view (r2 ps3) or bow arrow to search the rocks after the ledge. u can destroy them if u want??!! but it doesnt do anything so far.!!ok- u must go towards the right side of the place you last flew it, and one rock by another, u can jump (sideways) to the other side of the city. then u walk along further and reach dormant well of souls.( u'll figure it out)

U have to run to the spiders' lil houses, you break em and u jump on the air that will come out from them. This will take you on the top of one of the rocks. From there u use the Z button to move the stone in front of you which will fall on the hive queen and will hurt her. Do this 4 times using all the lil spiders' houses and you will kill her!
