Who spoke from heaven when Jesus was baptized and what was said?
Matthew 3:17 tells us that a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased." Although the Bible doesn't tell us that God said this, it is obvious that God was speaking because it says, "This is my Son." Jesus called God his father in Luke 22:42 (NIV)
Why was the baptist religion started?
Origins of the Baptist church can be traced back to 17th century England, when people read the Bible in their own language, believed it, and aimed to live their lives by it during the Puritan-Separatist movement in the Church of England. Separate congregations were formed which required you to be a believer if you were to become a member; membership was confirmed through the process of baptism after a person converted and professed his or her faith. People opposed to the church nicknamed them 'Baptists' and the name stuck. Since then, it has given rise to General Baptists and Particular Baptists.

What did Herodias do with John the Baptist's head?
The gospels say that Herod Antipas had John the Baptist beheaded early in the mission of Jesus, at the request of his wife Herodias, who had a quarrel with John. The gospels do not say what Herodias then did with John's head.
We can not rely on history for the answer to what Herodias did, since it appears from the record of the Jewish historian Josephus that John the Baptist died approximately 35 CE in the castle of Macherus, both too late and too far away for the gospel story. Moreover, Herod had John imprisoned and executed because he feared a Jewish uprising to result from John's criticism of him, contrary to the gospel version that he reluctantly had John beheaded after Herodias tricked him. On this evidence, Herodias never asked for, and never received John's head.

God's Love is truth, so to share His Love is to share His truth - that His Son Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins so that we may have eternal life with God.
In a world of darkness we need to be the light to the world, reflecting light from Christ, preaching the gospel to the world.

What are duties of deacons' wife in a baptist church?
A Deacon's wife role in the church is light in comparison to her husband's role. The women do participate in Communion and Baptism. It is the women who set up the trays with the grape juice and crackers. Maintain the robe during baptism etc. A deacon's wife is supposed to encourage their husbands by keeping them lifted in prayer, and help them with their duties. As women, we have to be spiritually equipped to minister and pray for others. There are some things that a deacon may have the wife do, such as minister to other women. Basically, be one who encourages others to grow in the Word of God. Sometimes God may call on you to enter a spiritual mother role with a young lady, or you may need to physically step in and give a helping hand. But mainly, be in constant prayer of your husband because you are his "help mate". Stay in constant fellowship with other wives and learn from each other. Be a mentor to someone so that they can become spiritually mature and teach others. (Titus 2:3-5)

What are the similarities and differences between the Roman Catholic and Anglican denomination?
There are a variety of differences between the three denominations mentioned. The large difference between Roman Catholicism and the Church of England (Anglican, Episcopal) is their differing belief in the sacraments. For instance, when referring to the Holy Communion, Catholics believe in transubstantiation, that is to say , they believe that spiritually it takes the form of Jesus Christ's body and blood whereas Anglicans believe that the communion only represents it.
The Anglican Church directly split from Catholicism. Baptists are often considered Protestant, though there are Baptists who say they tried to restore Apostolic Christianity and may disagree with the notion that St. Peter was the first pope. Baptists don't have priests. As for authority or rank, Baptists are either independent, or they answer loosely to a Baptist association.
Now obviously, all 3 denominations claim to be Christian and all believe in Jesus, though perhaps in a slightly different way. Roman Catholic and Episcopal are very close and mostly split over the marriage issue, where Episcopal priests can marry while Catholic priests cannot. Outside of that and the differing beliefs about sacraments, they are essentially the same denomination.

What makes baptist faith different from the faith of assembly of god?
Main differences:
Baptism of the Holy Spirit/Speaking in Tongues - Southern Baptist view is that Salvation brings baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues has been done away with, Assembly of God view is that it is a special experience following salvation and the physical evidence of it is speaking in tongues
(Biblical view: Baptism of the Holy Spirit occurs at salvation, but there are also baptisms for effective service. Speaking in an unknown tongue should only be done in private. Anything else would be considered new revelation and the scriptures are complete. There is a curse to those who would add to God's word.)
Divine Healing - Southern Baptist view is that God will heal if it is His will. Assembly of God View is that healing is a privilege for Christians today.
(Biblical View: Spiritual healing is granted for everyone who trusts Christ. Physical healing is granted by God if it is His will.)
Charismatic - The worship style of a Southern Baptist Church seems to be more conservative than an Assembly of God church where you might see more shouting, jumping, dancing and hallelujah
(Biblical View: Worship of all and any kind, but it must come from the heart and be done by those who are spiritually alive and walking in the truth - Let the rocks cry out)
Salvation - Southern Baptist view is once saved, always saved. Assembly of God view is that you can lose your salvation.
(Biblical View: Jesus has power to save. A child of God can never lose his/her salvation)

I belong to a Baptist Church. Should we have a US Flag in the Sanctuary or not?
Having or not having a flag in the sanctuary is not a Biblical doctrine. It is up to the pastor on whether or not a flag is in the sanctuary. If he wants one there it should be there, if not then take it down.
Each member of a baptist church makes up their own mind. There are some churches that welcome more controversial discussion. The Methodist church promotes itself as open hearts, open hands and open mind.

When did the first flood happened?
According to the Book of Genesis, the biblical Flood was approximately 1,656 years after the creation. This means that the Flood would have taken place about 2340 BCE.
On the other hand, it is hard to avoid the clear fact that other civilisations continued undisturbed right through the time attributed to the Flood and beyond. Furthermore, there is a total lack of scientific evidence for any flood as described in the Bible. Nor is there any rational explanation for where the water came from, or where it went after the Flood. The simple fact is, God did not flood the whole earth..
