It is VERY bad for beagles to eat green tomatoes (it can make them very sick) but even if they eat red ones, you should go to a vet.
What breeds get along with beagles?
Beagles are generally very sociable with other Dogs as they were bred to hunt and live in large packs. It is quite rare to find a dog aggressive Beagle. However, as the Beagle is a Hound and Hound's were bred to hunt, it does not do well with smaller animals such as rabbits or guinea pigs. Although I once owned a Beagle whilst I had two cats, I would not recommend keeping a Beagle with cats because even though my Beagle was raised with the cats, he still wanted to hunt them. Most Beagles can be good with larger animals such as horses as long as they are brought up around them.
heck no! beagles are like most toddler's and will eat anything but most of their vegetables
The Beagle is a breed of small to medium-sized dog. A member of the Hound Group, it is similar in appearance to the Foxhound but smaller, with shorter legs and longer, softer ears. Beagles are scent hounds, developed primarily for tracking hare, rabbit, and other game. They have a keen sense of smell and tracking instinct that sees them employed as detection dogs for prohibited agricultural imports and foodstuffs in quarantine around the world. Beagles are intelligent, and are popular as pets because of their size, even temper, and lack of inherited health problems. These characteristics also make them the dog of choice for animal testing.
Although beagle-type dogs have existed for over 2,000 years, the modern breed was developed in Great Britain around the 1830s from several breeds, including the Talbot Hound, the North Country Beagle, the Southern Hound, and possibly the Harrier.
Beagles have been depicted in popular culture since Elizabethan times in literature and paintings, and more recently in film, television and comic books.
How often do you take beagles a bath?
You should give them a bath at least once a week. Well at least that's what I did with my beagle Cassy.
We have a 3 month beagle puppie ate 3 little chocolate candies do you have to worry?
i wouldn't think so because my beagle did the exact same thing but all he did was licked his gums alot lol but there shouldn't be anything to worry about
I have a Beagle myself, & the thing is that it sheds it's Winter fur in the Spring, which can be a little messy, but not as bad as dogs with more fur. Beagles have short hair, so it's pretty easy to take care of.
Can you rescue a beagle puppy for free?
RSPCA or Dog's trust. Don't buy puppies from a puppy farm because you never know what it's been through and it could have a mental illness's got my beagle from RSPCA i would advise that because they already get checked by a vet and they get their shots and they get micro chipped sometimes they are already potty trained my Maisey when I got her had all of that :) Good Luck finding D

Your beagle is not crazy. He probaly didn't get enough exercise or he is trying to amuse you.
It depends on the size and age, if those are both big, then the beagle will most likely die at the age of equal or greater than 8,9 or 10
Hi there,
My beagle is also 12" to the shoulder at 4 months old.... has yours grown much more?
