In the Disney film, which is the only version people seem to be referring to, Beauty does not have any sisters. However, in the original story she does have two wicked sisters. However, we never find out what happens to them. If it is Cinderella you are asking about, her sisters, in the Perrault version, the most popular, beg Cinderella to forgive them for their cruelness and she does once she has found she fits the glass slipper. Cinderella then marries the prince and the two stepsisters marry lords. In the Disney film, the prince comes to the house with the glass slipper he wants every woman in the kingdom to try on and Anastacia and Drizella both try to squeeze their feet into it but fail. The prince then marries Cinderella and nothing more is heard about the stepsisters. I am currently studying both these stories, as well as several others, as part of my university course. In the Disney version of Beauty and the Beast, some of the songs are "Be Our Guest", "Beauty and the Beast", "Gaston", and "Belle". In the Broadway there are new songs not in the animated movie, like "How Long Must This Go On?" and "If I Can't Love Her".

I believe she is reading "Sleeping Beauty" because she says it's about daring sword fights and a prince in disguise. So I think she was referring to sleeping beauty when prince Phillip is fighting the dragon and how Rose doesn't know he's a prince when she first meets him.

While all the townspeople were fighting the enchanted objects on the first floor of the castle Gaston left to search the rest of the castle for the Beast. Gaston finally found him in the West Wing. After shooting an arrow at the Beast, Gaston pushed him out of a window and the rest of the battle between the two characters takes place on the roof of the castle.
