Bed Bugs exists in winter or summer?
Bed bugs exist year around. They are insects. They bite. They would freeze outside in the winter but they stay inside. Like all insects, they can be killed by insecticide. However, they burrow into bedding and mattresses where insecticide seldom penetrates. Mattresses can be covered with a plastic cover, but few people do. They also hide in the cracks between the wall and the floor. That space can be sealed with caulk. but few people do. They also hide in rugs. It is necessary to get insecticide in every crack and crevice where they hide and to wash sheets and bedding on a regular basis. They hide in any upholstered furniture. They are hard to get rid of.

you will see the bug dying.
That might kill the few that you see, But there are a hell of alot more hiding thru your whole house, They can spray poisons and throw away certain things BUT that wont get them ALL!! The ONLY way to kill them ALL is to close all the windows and doors then have a huge fan IF you have a basement in the door way of the basement and one at the front door, Then put one of them heaters that look like jet engines behind it, Why you ask?? Bedbugs cant survive to high of a temp, If you can get it to I THINK around 135 F they will all die, But it cant be for a few mins you have to get your house to that temp and have it like that for a few hours or even better a whole day, Of course anything thats alive take out of the house, Thats the only true way to get rid of them ALL!! cuz heat will get into every part of the house cuz poisons cant get everywhere

Can fleas live in a TVs or picture frames?
This answer deals with recovery of used items but also applies to anyone's personal property.
Anytime you deal with other people's property, you risk bringing into your home fleas, mites, bedbugs, and spiders/nests, along with rodents like mice.
Fleas need a blood source. But their eggs can lay dormant, even on cement floors, until a warm blooded animal or person walks by... then, the eggs can hatch and fleas jump onto the human or animal to feed. Eggs can be in clothing piles, boxes, etc., depending how heavily the apartment or home is infested. Always bag used clothing and close the bags, and take used clothing to a Laundromat FIRST. Wash in the hottest water possible to kill the eggs and live critters. Never take items loose in your car--- you can get bugs on your clothing and bring them into your house. Never bring dirty/used clothing to your washer, dump out in your basement, etc. Also, if you use your vacuum in an infected area, make sure to remove the collection bag after vacuuming because flea eggs can live in the bag, hatch, and crawl back out.
Home appliances would more likely contain spiders and rodents like mice.
Picture frames on walls can have spiders, but low incidence. If stored in basements or crawl spaces, you can FIRST PUT ON GLOVES and spray Bug Spray into a garbage bag, put small items in, and close up the bag-- BUT you will need to put gloves back on, remove items later, and wash every item by hand (with gloves). Don't touch your face either.
Upholstered and cloth items-- couches, stuffed chairs, stuffed animals, throw pillows, bed pillows, mattresses and linens, and stored fabric can harbor spiders, dust mites, fleas, and bedbugs. If it cannot be put in a washer in HOT water, trash the used item rather than bring home bugs. If you can Dry Clean an item, it should kill the bugs. However, steam cleaning couches, chairs, or mattresses does NOT work because bugs and rodents can get inside the frame, in the stuffing, etc., so trash rather than bring home.
ALL wood, metal, and plastic items should be handled with gloves ONLY. Why? People can leave bacteria and viruses on objects-- it depends which 'bug' but some can live on objects (called fomites). Always wash with disinfectant, with gloves on, and rinse/dry before taking them into your home.
IF you see even ONE cockroach in an apartment or home you are cleaning out-- leave the items in the trash. It is extremely hard to kill cockroaches, even babies and eggs. One female cockroach can produce thousands of eggs and babies. Nothing used (free) is worth the cost of exterminating your home.
How do you get rid of bed bugs-?
Getting rid of bedbugs begins with cleaning up the places where bedbugs live. This should include the following: Clean bedding, linens, curtains, and clothing in hot water and dry them on the highest dryer setting. Place stuffed animals, shoes, and other items that can't be washed in the dryer and run on high for 30 minutes. Use a stiff brush to scrub mattress seams to remove bedbugs and their eggs before vacuuming. Vacuum your bed and surrounding area frequently. After vacuuming, immediately place the vacuum cleaner bag in a plastic bag and place in garbage can outdoors. Encase mattress and box springs with a tightly woven, zippered cover to keep bedbugs from entering or escaping. Bedbugs may live up to a year without feeding, so keep the cover on your mattress for at least a year to make sure all bugs in the mattress are dead. Repair cracks in plaster and glue down peeling wallpaper to get rid of places bedbugs can hide. Get rid of clutter around the bed. If your mattress is infested, you may want to get rid of it and get a new one, but take care to rid the rest of your home of bedbugs or they will infest your new mattress.
Although Black Flag will most likely kill Bedbugs if sprayed on them, you must check the label of the product for the insects it has listed for use. The label is the law and you should not use it for anything not listed on the label.
The label will give you instructions on how and what the product can be used to control.
Why will your girlfriend get bit by bed bugs but not you?
its kind of a stupid question but it depends if the bed bugs are more attracted to your girlfriend more then they are to you
Please be clear you are asking about bedbugs and not about dust mites as it seems a lot of people on Wiki and elsewhere on the internet get confused between the two. They are totally different. Dust mites are harmless and can not be seen with the naked eye and everybody's bed has them. Bedbugs can be seen with the naked eye and give you nasty bites when you are asleep and leave nasty little red marks over where they have bitten you. Very few people ever have then in their bed. They are about the size of a small ant, and they are reddish brown and flat looking and they move about the same sped as an ant does.
Finding and killing bedbugs may take time and patience if you are unlucky enough to have a major infestation affecting your bed. But there are various ways of killing them. To find them you need to search your mattress and bedding. They like to hide crevices and cracks as well as inside your pillow case or in folds in your sheets as well as in furniture and other items near your bed including books. When you disturb one, such as when you make your bed or tidy your bedroom, it will hurry away to find a new hiding place so you may be able to vacuum it up, or else squash it with your thumb before it gets away.
It may however be much easier and more effective to spray your bed, bedding, mattress and everywhere around the bed thoroughly with an appropriate insecticide. But of this is where you sleep make sure you do not use an insecticide that is harmful to yourself when you breathe it in, if you are to continue to use that bed within 24 hours. If you do use an insecticide it is best to sleep somewhere else for several nights, and after spraying open the windows wide to get rid of the insecticide fumes from the bedroom. Also more than one spraying operation is usually necessary as the first time may not kill the lot.
If your mattress is heavily infested, if you can afford to, the best way to kill them is to take your mattress outside into the garden and burn it, But if you do so make sure you kill any bedbugs you see falling off while carrying it out through your home. Then you will need to buy a new mattress. If you think your bed linen such as sheets, pillow cases and blankets are infested you can kill them all in that by putting each in the microwave. It will only take about 30 seconds to kill the lot once inside a microwave. Then give the bed linen a boiling hot wash. But always keep a look out for unhatched eggs which look just like a grain of salt stuck to hard surfaces. If you find any, these need to be picked up with a vacuum cleaner and the bag emptied well outside your home.
The life span of bedbugs varies by species and is also dependent on feeding.
