No, they don't bite people. Occasionally they will secrete an orange liquid (supposedly foul tasting) to discourage you from biting them, though.

probaly a June bug, but an even closer relitive would be one of the many kinds of darkling beetles.

My neighbor found a silver and black bug with large eyes, long in length. It makes a clicking sound when it tries to bite. we would like to know what it is.

Besides poo, rollie pollies eat fruits and dirt. And NEVER feed rollie pollies sugar. its bad for there health. because one time i feeded them sugar and the next day they were dead.
